Software Engineer

liquidfish is looking for a Software Engineer to help build production-ready, consumer facing applications. You are responsible for development of frontend and backend functionality across our suite of applications.

What You'll Do

  • Develop software and API integrations for cloud computing using primarily the .Net Core framework
  • Analyze, design, program, compile, debug, support, and modify software, enhancements, add-ons, and integrations for new and existing product offerings
  • Evaluate technical needs in relation to proposed solutions
  • Demonstrate sound judgement while still thinking strategically, creatively, and fostering innovation
  • Provide technical leadership to less experienced developers and provide constructive criticism to help make the team stronger
  • Follow the company's programming guidelines and standards and enforces them amongst other team members

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Web Development, Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of experience designing and developing web services based applications
  • 4+ years of experience in backend web development
  • Proficient in C#, .Net Core
  • Experience with creating REST APIs and version control using git
  • Proficiency writing and optimizing SQL queries
  • Extensive experience and understanding of linux systems and strong linux CLI skills
  • Strong understanding of programming techniques and tools, as well as the web development cycle
  • Knowledge of standard tools for optimizing and testing code
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with cloud development (AWS, Microsoft azure, google cloud)

Creative Director

liquidfish is looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director to lead our company’s Creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team. 

We are only entertaining candidates within the Oklahoma City market at this time.


What You'll Do

  • Work with the Creative team to produce new ideas for company/client branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques 
  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are on brand
  • Supervise the Creative department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted content that meet clients’ expectations 
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
  • Work cooperatively with account executives and clients 
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training the Creative team

Must-Haves

  • Bachelors in degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other related field
  • 5+ years of digital experience with, but not limited to, web, social and emerging technologies
  • 3+ years of solid leadership experience of a creative department
  • 3+ years of experience with Figma
  • A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices 
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker

You will be responsible for managing a set number of client relationships and proactively reaching out to ensure their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and has a track record of exceptional client relationship management.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively communicate and build relationships with clients
  • Unearth new sales opportunities by understanding the client's industry, audience, and goals
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction
  • Resolve issues aiming for client contentment and the preservation of the relationship
  • Work collaboratively across all departments to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Compile analytics and present to clients to authenticate success of product and ROI

Must-Haves

  • Bachelors in Business, Sales, or other relevant fields
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
  • Organizational and time-management skills
